WHY "TESTING" IS A MARKETING SCAM
Many Providers today are using "Testing" to show levels of THC, CBD and CBN's. And with out doubt, those figures (or ratio's), would be invaluable for future reference, if those ratio's became available at a later date and that was your "magical" strain that alleviated the condition you were smoking for. First of all, just because a sample tests a high percentage of THC,CBD or CBN's, from an unknown quantity of a particular harvest, that DOES NOT ensure that particular Strain or Ratio of THC/CBD/CBN will match your Cannabis Receptors or treat the health condition you are medicating for. Only trial and error with a vast strain database would ensure a patient of discovering the "ONE".
The results these days are a ploy to appear scientific and safe and fall way short of either of those goals. The most important component of testing: Chemical Pesticide and Biological Mold are frequently avoided or termed "safe". What may be safe for one patient may not be for another. The listing of PRESENCE of those, even in trace amounts is much more conclusive to the enviroment that the plant was subjected to. And most importantly, they DO NOT test for FLUSH & CURE, or ORGANIC PRODUCTION, and those are critical steps in the QUALITY of MMJ.
